Guidelines
To ensure the best possible experience for forum members, we have established some basic guidelines for participation.  Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with these important guidelines.  In order to ensure the forum remains a venue for civil and meaningful conversations, AzSAE reserves the right to remove postings without notice and suspend/terminate access to the forum for members who violate these rules.

• By using the forum, you agree that you have read and will follow the rules and guidelines set for these peer discussion groups.
• You also agree to reserve forum discussions for topics best suited to the medium. This is a great medium with which to solicit the advice of your peers, benefit from their experience, and participate in an ongoing conversation.   
• Legal and Financial questions should be directed to the appropriate professional.

The Rules
The Forum is a benefit of membership in AzSAE - your member login and password provide access to the forum as well as the other member's only sections of the website - sharing your login or password information with non-members is prohibited.   The discussions on the forum are meant to stimulate conversation not to create contention or be offensive.  

• Don't post commercial messages of any kind. Contact people directly with product and service information if you believe it would help them. 
• Remember that while the forum is restricted to members, the postings are not in any way considered "private".  Use caution when discussing products, services and meeting venues.  Information posted on the forum is available for all members to see, and comments are subject to libel, slander, and antitrust laws. 
• All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. 
• Your name and organization are listed with your post so keep this in mind.
• Please note carefully all items listed in the disclaimer and legal rules below, particularly regarding the copyright ownership of information posted to the forum. 
• AzSAE and other forum participants have the right to reproduce postings to the Forum. 
• Post your message in the most appropriate discussion group - if you need assistance, please contact the Forum Moderator.
